MY COACHY EXPERIENCE: A TRANSFORMATION JOURNEY

Working with a coach was a truly life-changing adventure. At first, I was skeptical about the whole process, but quickly realized that having direction from someone who recognized my potential was invaluable. My coach assisted me to clarify my goals and formulate action steps to achieve them. During the coaching process, I faced roadblocks, but my
